The amazing journey to becoming a mother is many things – exciting, nerve-wracking, joyful, and even overwhelming at times. 

 

As the mother of 4 children, I remember feeling all of this and more. Luckily, you don’t have to navigate these feelings and concerns alone. If you’re looking for a caring, knowledgeable and experienced person to support you during your prenatal, labour & delivery and postpartum period, you’ve landed in the right place. If your heart's desire is a natural, gentle birth with minimal interventions, I will come alongside and safely guide you as you bring your baby Earth-side.

 

I am a doula, postpartum nurse and breastfeeding coach with a genuine passion for providing practical advice and hands-on care to mothers, from pregnancy and birth, to the first few months of baby’s life. My life’s work centers around helping mothers prepare for their baby’s arrival, advocating for them at the hospital or birthing centre and supporting them in their new life with baby at home. Whether you intend to have a natural and unmedicated birth or a C-section, I will help you create a personalized birth plan that you can feel confident about as you anticipate your baby's arrival.

I will ensure you feel supported and empowered every step of the way, in a judgement free environment so you can have a healthy and happy pregnancy, and the positive labour, birth and postpartum experience that you wholeheartedly deserve.
