My passion has always been in Maternity Care being hands-on with my mommies as they transition from pregnancy to motherhood. As a birth and postpartum doula I aim to bridge the gaps between the hospital and starting a new life at home with baby.  

Birth Doula- Prenatal classes, home and hospital births, vaginal/assisted (vacuum/forceps), cesarean section, VBAC

Postpartum Doula- day/night support, basic routine building, light housekeeping/meal preparation, baby bath, swaddling, bottle preparation and feeding, lactation support and emotional support
